Statite Gaskets Inc. opened for business in October of 2019.  Robert S. Glace, Jr. and Douglas J. Hayes, purchased the Statite Corporation of Buffalo, NY an 89 year old company, owned and operated by Jim Grunthaner and his wife.  Jim’s father and grandfather proceeded him in ownership of this 89 year old company.

 

Statite Corp. has gone through many changes in over the last 89 years, the most recent is the change in ownerships, name changes and recently moved to a new and modern facility in the village of Orchard Park, New York.

 

The goal of the new ownership is to provide the same if not better level of quality and service that our customers have enjoyed for the best part of 89 years.
